Yearn to achieve your true potential?
If what you're experiencing in your life, business, or team isn't as good as it could be some coaching may really help. Thousands of people including the many I’ve had the privilege of working with attest to how performance coaching has changed their life by enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes.
What is coaching precisely?
It’s a process that empowers you to discover the solutions to an important goal or issue and be the agent of its successful resolution. My role as your coach is to be the catalyst – to raise your awareness of the ‘what, why, how, when and where’, and support you on your journey. Coaching, unlike counselling or therapy, is strongly future focussed. A good coach sits in the passenger seat supporting the coachee to do the driving after they’ve agreed the destination.
What does coaching involve?
Coaching involves you committing to a number of sessions between 45mins and 1 hour and can be done face to face - by phone/video, and even on walks.
Unlock the door to your potential
Being outdoors somewhere natural is proven to support the neurology by reducing stress and enabling you to think better. It improves coaching outcomes. Cornwall is blessed with great places to have walk-coaching. Why not discover for yourself? Coaching can still be very effective when done remotely such as by video, since it enables you to step back and discover new perspectives, a bit like taking a walk in nature when you've been cooped up indoors stewing over a problem.

Coaching is effective wherever you decide to have it
What are the main types and what do you specialise in?
The main types are life, career, business, corporate/executive, and team coaching, essentially branches of the same tree. I am experienced coaching across all of them. If you’re here you’re probably most interested in life or career coaching, which most private individuals ask me for. The only difference between these is that career coaching follows more of a set structure which I'll happily explain for you.
Why choose me?
I’m a professional personal performance/life coach, trainer and facilitator (CIPD and Coaching Academy qualified) who's been supporting all kinds of people to learn and develop since 2012, some of whose testimonials you can read on this website.
I've developed coaching in a large organisation (where I also coached) and am passionate about it's power to help people. I've even organised and taken part in flash mob coaching events, with 'Our People's Coach', where we've hit the streets to offer members of the public free life coaching.
