Re-create Your Life Retreats
Life not as you want? Then re-create it.
On our Life Re-creation personal development retreats you’ll join a small group of 3 – 6 people for an inspiring, empowering, and productive three days. You’ll go on a journey that enables you to identify what you really want from life. Through engaging workshops and fun exercises you’ll discover how you can flourish and be supported to identify with the person you want to be.
The retreat takes place in a smart, spacious house in vibrant Falmouth, Cornwall, and the atmosphere is more akin to a group of friends spending a long weekend together than a course at a hotel. You'll go on walks and have the opportunity to swim in the sea. There will be time to relax and connect with your fellow participants, including over a delicious home cooked group meal. Since the venue doubles as a B&B you can even stay a little longer to see more of the area should you wish.

What you'll cover
Thursday 4pm onwards: Arrive, settle in, and decompress from your journey.
Friday: The life you want: Starting at 10.00am you'll review what the previous twelve months have taught you, and work out your priority goals for the next twelve months through a series of exercises. Following lunch we'll go for a walk and talk in Falmouth. You'll finish with an introduction to the next part - Flourishing - and a review of the day. The evening will be yours to do as you wish.
Saturday: Setting yourself up to flourish: We'll start at 10.30am following a walk and optional swim at Falmouth's main beach. You'll continue a series of sessions focussed on flourishing and well-being to help you identify further changes you want to make. After lunch you'll consider what everything you've discovered means and be invited to try out your refreshed identity. We'll go for a walk and finish the day workshopping goals and learning the keys to re-creating yourself and your life, drawing on the work of James Clear, of 'Atomic Habits' fame and others. You'll have a couple of hours to yourself before meeting for a group meal at the venue at 7.00pm.
Sunday: Making the transition: Sunday’s focus will be all about getting you out of the starting blocks. Starting at 10.00am you'll workshop mental and practical obstacles - from self-limiting beliefs to poor time management - to help you identify solutions to them. You’ll have a group coaching session to enable you to plot those all-important next steps, followed by lunch and a short walk. The retreat will end at 4.00pm with a celebration of what you've learned and are committing to change by the end of four weeks when you'll be invited to take part in an optional Zoom check-in. You can either head home or relax if you've opted to stay an extra night.
