The reason personal development retreats get results

If there are changes you want to make to your life starting them is usually the hardest part, typically because you haven’t formed a clear enough vision of the newer identity you’ll need adopt and because the new habits you need to instil take more discipline and motivation than you’re used to. Trying to change on your own is doubly difficult because there’s no one to share your goals with or help you keep accountable for what you’ve declared you will do in order to develop the new version of yourself you wish to become. It's like setting out on a long journey on your own with nobody supporting you.
I know all this from painful experience. But when you share your journey with a small group of like-minded individuals as you do on a Headspace Coaching Plus Re-create your Life Retreat your chances of succeeding shift strongly in your favour. Simply knowing other people have similar goals and issues as yourself is a great motivator. Better still the small group size (three to six) supports you to build confidence in your goals and commitments about what you’re going to do, why, how, and when (guiding by our workshops and coaching).
Without accountability this could all lead to a false start. So as a free added bonus all retreat participants are invited to meet up by Zoom one month on to report on their progress.
If you harbour aspirations to make some real changes to your life this year and can spare a long weekend don’t struggle alone. Join a Headspace Coaching Plus Re-Create your Life Retreat and benefit from the boost you only get when you set out on your journey with others. Though if for you two is a company, more is a crowd, consider a Personal Coaching Retreat. Either way, you’ll find a problem shared is a problem solved.
